- V.G. Fir, Genuine Mahogany, Western Red Cedar and Redwood

- Solid stock
- 2 ply laminated
- Engineered/Veneer Construction: 3 ply with 1/8 face veneer (prior to sanding) over glued block wood core, 7/8 edges compatible with face veneer, prior to milling
- 5/8 diameter fluted hardwood dowel typical at stiles to rails

Sanding
- Paint grade: Widebelt and pad sanded to 150 grit
- Stain grade: Widebelt, belt sanded, and pad sanded to 150 grit
- All edges sanded or eased
Note: Final sanding by finisher required
Machining
- Casement or Awning: friction or scissor hinge: 5/32 clearance, square edge, grooved for Schlegel QEZD250, and Resource Technologies WS32, weather strip in frame, weather strip supplied white at paint grade; bronze/black at stain grade
- Double hung: 1/8 clearance top and bottom kerfed for Resource Technology WS33, check rails kerfed for Resource Technology WS33, Stiles kerfed for Schlegel PF 115 with low friction glide buttons installed
Operating Hardware
- Hinged casement, awning, or hopper windows: Truth stainless steel 4-bar friction hinges
- Hinged windows with cranks/screens: Truth Maxim hinges, crank operator, and latch system
- Double or single hung: concealed spring balances
- Other operating hardware available as specified or required
- Finish hardware options also available
Finishing
- Factory shop priming Zinzer Bullseye 1-2-3 waterbase 1 coat, lightly sanded.
