  • Engineered/Veneer Construction: 3 ply with 1/8” face veneer (prior to sanding) over glued block wood core, 7/8” edges compatible with face veneer, prior to milling

  • Casement or Awning: friction or scissor hinge: 5/32” clearance, square edge, grooved for Schlegel QEZD250, and Resource Technologies WS32, weather strip in frame, weather strip supplied white at paint grade; bronze/black at stain grade
  • Double hung: 1/8” clearance top and bottom kerfed for Resource Technology WS33, check rails kerfed for Resource Technology WS33, Stiles kerfed for Schlegel PF 115 with low friction glide buttons installed
Operating Hardware
  • Hinged casement, awning, or hopper windows: Truth stainless steel 4-bar friction hinges
  • Hinged windows with cranks/screens: Truth Maxim hinges, crank operator, and latch system
